Scratch first launched in May 2007.

Scratch 1.0: 14 years, 2 weeks, 1 day (May 15, 2007)
Scratch 1.1: 14 years (May 2007)
Scratch 1.2: 13 years, 5 months, 4 weeks (December 2, 2007)
Scratch 1.3: 12 years, 8 months, 4 weeks (September 2, 2008) Dropped support for Win98, WinMe, OS X 10.2, OS X 10.3
Scratch 1.4: 11 years, 10 months 4 weeks (July 2, 2009)
Scratch 2.0: 8 years, 3 weeks (May 9, 2013) Dropped support for Win2k and PPC Macs
Scratch 3.0: 2 years, 4 months, 4 weeks (January 2, 2019) Requires Win10 or OS X 10.13+

Interesting

The first ever version of Scratch, Scratch 14Feb04, also known as Scratch 0.1, was the first release of Scratch ever, albeit it was not available to the public. It was released on February 14th, 2004. That makes Scratch 17 years and 2 months old.
