Well yes, but the real problem is that he revealed his face and has links to his email and a couple other websites not allowed on Scratch + he also uploads inappropriate content on his YouTube channel (all of that stuff is not allowed on Scratch UNLESS if you were authorized by the Scratch Team to do so, which he wasn't), so I do not know if the ST would be okay with having him for those reasons. I purposely put it in this forum instead because of that.

I have no idea about whether or not this YouTuber plans to make a Scratch account. We'd probably be okay with him having a Scratch account, but he must be aware that he cannot advertise his YouTube account on Scratch since, as you say, he shares his email address on the channel and posts inappropriate content. So, if he joins Scratch to advertise his YouTube channel, that is not okay. But if he joins Scratch and doesn't mention YouTube at all, then there is nothing to be concerned about.

That's pretty much all there is to this. Since this is a rumor about a YouTuber rather than a question about Scratch, I'll close this as resolved.
