⇢ Tap. Tap. Tap. Sejeong tapped her pencil on the table, planning her next location. /Moscow? No, last time, it was way too expensive. Paris? I just went there!/ She pondered different ideas in her head, writing them down and scribbling them out. Eventually, she got out her phone and opened a green app.
‘Hey Unni’ she typed, after clicking the second option. 3 gray dots popped up and a response came. ‘Hey! What’s up?’
‘The sky.’ She laughs and adds, ‘Give me a place to travel to’
‘Okay then’ Another message followed with a link ‘35 cheap travel destinations’
Sejeong reluctantly pressed it and a web page filled with pictures showed up.

She opens her rose gold laptop and logs in. Opening up a new tab, she put in ‘Styletravels’, clicking the first option. /And new post/ Looking back onto her phone, she types in 5 options, Italy, Grand Canyon, Jamaica, Taiwan, and New Zealand. ‘Vote for the next destination! <33’ she types, before hearing
the familiar ding to know it was posted. Looking as the clock ticks towards 11, she gets ready for bed.

“Hello?” Sejeong picks up the ringing phone, drowsy.
“HEY!” A high-pitch voice screams from the other end.
“하은! {Ha-eun} It's 5 in the morning!”
“세정 언니! {Sejeong, older sister!} 뭐하고 있어? {What are you doing?}”
“I literally just woke up! Let me sleep.”
“왜? {Why?}”
“사랑해! {Love you!} Bye!” Sejeong quickly hangs up and goes back under the covers.
A notification almost immediately pops up, broadcasting her sister’s name. Sejeong tries to ignore it, but they continuously pop up. “Ugh,” she says and silences the phone.

2 hours later, she wakes up feeling groggy but otherwise refreshed. She stretches and walks to the window. The city view of New York was gorgeous around sunrise. The ombre of warm colors reflecting off the skyscrapers was surely a view.
Sejeong scrambles around, reaching for her camera under a lump of clothes. She wipes the lens and focuses it into view, getting the perfect shot. She takes a couple more, of course, knowing that the first time isn’t always the charm.
Then, tossing on a hoodie and some pants, she heads for the door, grabbing the keycard before closing the door.
There’s nothing like starting a day fresh and strong. Sejeong walks down the hall and makes a right to get to the elevator.
“Hey, Sejeong!” a voice comes from behind, startling her a bit.
“Oh! Hi, Millie.” she gives a wave and starts to walk beside her.
“Sorry if I shook you up a little,” Millie replies sheepishly
“It’s fine, it’s just what I needed to get my day started.”
Mille was an old friend and was staying for a couple of weeks for a convention. They got their schedules synchronized a bit so they could hang out.

“Oh. You’re going to leave on Thursday, I believe?” Millie asks as they get their food.
“Yeah. 3 more days to go. Ooh, those eggs look great!” Sejeong reaches for the spoon to scoop some on her plate.
They go through the breakfast buffet and settle on a table.
“Wait, give me a sec.” Sejeong takes out her phone and answers the call, “Hello?”
“언니! 언니! {Older sis! x2}”
“머? {What?}”
“I SAW A CUTE PINK BUTTERFLY THIS MOR-“
“Okay, bye! Love you.” She presses the red button to end the call.
“Uh, wasn’t that a bit rude?” Millie pipes up, taking a bite out of her sandwich.
“Oh, uh. How loud was she?” Sejeong was almost too afraid to ask.
“Eh, not too loud,” Millie answers. “But I do think you could be nicer to her.”
“Yeah, I guess.” Sejeong starts to eat her eggs and they continue their breakfast in silence.

“Hey, Millie. I'm going to be going now. It was nice hanging out a bit.” she gets up with her empty plate and waves.
“Bye!” Millie answers, mouth still full of waffles.
/New day, new blog. Oh, I should check the poll./ Sejeong gets her phone out of her pocket and unlocks it. /55 NOTIFICATIONS?/ she scrolls through them, quickly skimming through. /Ha-eun, Ha-eun, Ha-eun, Ha-eun, Ha-eun, wait./ She gets out her keycard and walks into her hotel room, beelining towards the bed. /Taiwan. That'll be an interesting trip./ Getting out her computer, she books a trip to Taiwan. /I'll have to get ready now. I have a ferry to get to./
Then for the next hour, she gets ready, changing and packing her bag with all of the electronics she will need to document this trip. “Camera? Check. Phone? Check. Ticket? Check. Extra change of clothes? Check. I think I have everything.” She checks the time on her phone. “It's only 9:30? I still have an hour and a half left! Time to do some work.” She gets out her iPad and starts to draw some designs.


⇢ Oh yeah, this isn't completely finished, but this is what I have so far. IDK if I can finish it up or not, but here! I did some research for this. I think it turned out well. I'm happy with it. I am busy today, and I'm surprised that I came up with this much. I am Korean-American myself, so I did do the translations myself as well. No Google translate involved in the translation Yeah. Once I get into writing in one language, it's a weird transition. I did need some help and used a guideline because I don't have the Korean Keyboard all memorized. But besides that, I just double and triple-checked the spelling and stuff. I did get some help with the spelling ^^” I think everything is okay. I did this in basically one day okay T-T You can't expect TOO much from me. I also had a lot of stuff due yesterday. The hardest part was probably going from one keyboard to another and changing the language.
