then they would probably restrict API access to unshared projects altogether.
This ruins Turbowarp and previews, no support. Also ruins my TV-14 series that I have on (removed by quoter - please don't mention any unmoderated chat sources) lol.
(removed by quoter - don't remove things from your quotes if your asking follow up questions about it)
I was asking about the series not (removed by messager - unmoderated chat) itself

Support, this should also apply to users who decide to opt out of users being able to view their unshared projects using turbowarp.

I don't see the point in this suggestion, you can't open unshared projects in Scratch
i dont see what you dont understand about how you can view unshared projects, given a link and a tiny bit of technical knowledge.

incorrect
Instead of just saying “incorrect” would you elaborate? How’s that “incorrect”?? You can’t view an unshared project on scratch.

You can use the dev version of the gui, or a third party player, such as Forkphorus or TurboWarp.

No support. If the ST deletes a project forever, you can’t fix whatever the problem was, which you can do if they just unshare it.

then they could make it only viewable to the creator.

The following is my signature:
MAKE PROJECTS REMOVED BY THE ST UNVIEWABLE PLEASE LIKE NOW
Once upon a time, CatBlocks were brought into the world of Scratch. They became quite dear to us, and were close to our hearts. But then, an evil kumquat ate them. We will always keep them in our hearts, and we promise to remember them forever.

lots of people don't understand the point in the suggestion. if this suggestion were to be implemented, owners of taken-down projects would still be able to view and modify them etc, but any random person wouldnt be able to view the project using the api or a scratch mod.

Then that's just as good as unsharing it.

Like deleting it?
no, just making it so you cant just send an api request and get the project, or if thats not doable then yes, deleting
If deleting is the answer, then many won't know what they did wrong and can't just fix the issue, and even they can't view projects they made if ST just deletes the project from the servers altogether, effectively making the reason for deleting the project much like no support or support without anything to add on, or unconstructive criticism, you do not get constructive feed-back, and you can't grasp what you did wrong.

For this reason, I leave a HUGE NO SUPPORT.

But that might be impossible or un-doable by today's standards, and if you delete a project, you can't edit said project anymore.

No support, all that hard work will be gone forever. What if you broke a rule without realizing it? Then all your hard work, poof, erased.

Also, I don't think most people will save the project URL so that they can view unshared projects on some sort of website.

And that's why this suggestion shouldn't be implemented – all unshared projects should only be viewable by their creators, not just removed ones.

Let me explain this better, Banned projects that break the rules can STILL be viewed via the api and turbowarp (and downloaded) Ex: A project that is banned from scratch like FNaF projects can still be viewed via turbowarp and the API

This is what i mean (I made this and its just carl weezer)

https://turbowarp.org/568887279
https://llk.github.io/scratch-gui/develop/#568887279

This shows that scratch projects are still viewable no matter what
