Scratch Console Ultra is an OS created purely out of lists. With it, you can type in commands to make something happen. Scratch Console Ultra is based off of Scratch Console 10 and 11, SSOS 2, and LISTOS2. On the info page, you can see a changelog, a list of commands, the current version, and much more important information about SCU. It isn't updated much, though.
