Hello!
I Have Recently Heard From My Freinds that Scratch has been very glitchy or not working, It Has Given Me the most familiar message "The Web page at https://scratch.mit.edu/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address“ or ”Our Server's are “Scratching” Their Head"
I Am on Windows 10 and I have not have been having that issue, the comments have not been loading on my profile and other scratcher's profiles. Does Anyone have the answer to this?

I got it too. It happens sometimes, and when it does, I just wait for it to get better.

I Guess Scratch's Server's Were Down??

On the scratch wiki, if you look at the maintenance mode article, it will mention that Scratch was down entirely for network reasons. According to the picture, the ST was working with their network provider to get the network back up.

Yeah, I Saw That. I Spent Probably an hour trying to find out why scratch was down Till I looked at the wiki. I guess that might have been it.

I Thought It Was My Computer For A Few Hours,
So I guess they were trying to fix something with the website but ended up breaking it
somebody in the comments of a project I was looking at said something about it
(My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 90.0.4430.212, No Flash version detected)

My theory is because the thumbnails are updating now, it's added more traffic as the server has to update these thumbnails for everyone on top of letting everyone use the site.
