That was already featured in November 2017. You can identify featured articles by having a yellow star in the top right corner.

We have a list of all pending suggestions and then each month we choose an article to feature (usually from that list, though sometimes we will choose something not on the list).

How about Scratch Emojis for September?

I think it would be pretty helpful to introduce Scratchers to the variety of emojis on Scratch, which would be helpful if a user forgot how to create a certain emoji. The article is easy to understand, and easy to find a certain item easily.
