New Translate Block
IF YOU SUPPORT THIS, BE CONSTRUCTIVE AND SAY WHY
Some words, such as “sable”, are the same in two different languages.
Let's say you want to translate the word “sable” (meaning an adorable marten) into Spanish. But it comes out as the word “sand” (in Spanish). This is because “sable”'s meaning in French is “sand”.
So, I think the translate block should be "translate () from () to ()“ rather than ”translate () to ()".
Maybe the normal could be replaced with this:

translate from [Detect v] to [English v] :: extension reporter

Support. If I get what you are saying, you are saying that the block should look like this?
Full support, because there are many languages with many words, and some sound and look identical (but mean different things in their respective language)
translate () from [English v] to [Spanish v]:: extension

This would make the translate block more felixble, as people that don’t speak English can actually use the block. Kinda sad though the ST didn’t even think about people who speak other languages…

Yeah! The only difference is is the block I'm suggesting has rounded dropdown menus (the ones you can drag reporters in), like the current translate block. It is possible to do this on the block plugin at scratchblocks.github.io (which you likely used to make this) using “(text v)” rather than "[text v]". Rounded dropdowns are not possible in the [scratchblocks] tag, though.Support. Yes, but this is the type of dropdown [that was removed in Scratch 3.0] where you can type in the dropdown menu. It also turns white, even though the block is red, unlike the type of dropdown I was referring to.Uh, yeah they are:Yeah! That's smart but, there is already a scratch extention that already integrates Google translate into scratch.

(translate [hello] to [French v] :: extension)but I think it should be:
(translate [hello] from [English v] to [French v] :: extension)
So, I am suggesting they add the new block.
