Every programming language is designed to make some operations easy, some operations hard, and some operations impossible. Scratch was not written with code conversion being a priority, and I don't know if there is a way to directly convert a scratch script to code in another language. If you are looking for text based tools, check out Tosh https://tosh.blob.codes . This is not exactly a code converter, and more an alternative (and more limited) way to generate standard scratch code. Other than that, I remember hearing about a converter between Scratch 2 and Flash, but I've never found or used it myself.
