raw code? You mean converting from something else to scratch? Not possible.
You can however convert scratch to something else

Sorry, no. Scratch blocks don't directly correspond to Javascript. If you want to learn Javascript, I recommend you use a designated platform such as Khan Academy or code.org.

Does replit offer courses?
No but it offers more languages (python,nodejs,html,c++,c,c#) and you can make servers with free hosting.

No, the only code in Scratch is Scratch.

There is a run JavaScript block in snap!, though.
