I dont know why is that if someone knows please tell I cant add cloud variable but I want to

No, cloud variables don't work offline and you only need to be promoted to Scratcher.

• I too late then realized this person was a Scratcher in the first place.
• 2 weeks is the minimum for a user to become a Scratcher. Also you can't just “wait” to become a scratcher - you need to be active on the main site.
