Yes, but that's not ALL the fire emoji could be used for. Here are some other things the emoji could be used for:

It's Fire Prevention Week! Remember to (insert tip about fire safety)! (fire emoji)

Did you know that (insert fun fact about something fire-related)? (fire emoji)

If I had could control any element, I'd control fire! (fire emoji)

(on a fire-related project) I love this project! (fire emoji)
ehh but it can also be used inappropriately like
you look so _fire_
and
well
in even worse ways

Banana
Those can just be reported.
even so, better to prevent them

Banana
Still, the chance of people using it negatively isn't very high.
it's pretty high

Banana
No, it is not.

Tell me, how many people on Scratch have you seen over the past few weeks who seem like they're complete jerks and will verbally and emotionally attack you at the drop of a hat?
hol' up that's not even what i was saying

I highly doubt your statement.
What, do you think Scratch is full of complete jerks and soon-to-be arsonists?
Yes. I've seen many people talk about jerks and they could be arsonists, you never know.

But have you ever actually seen such an incident?

The eggplant emoji had a much more likely chance to be used inappropriately(due to its inappropriate meaning being more known and widespread), while with the fire emoji, the idea of using the fire emoji might not even cross the mind of the person trying to break the guidelines.

How would you use this in casual conversation?

This suggestion is irrelevant if Scratch just allows regular Unicode emojis, which is a much better idea. All the emojis should be somewhat related or unique to Scratch.

No support, I cannot see so much use from it.
