Well, it's a very complicated process, yes, it is possible, but even more so it would be extremely difficult.

First you would have to make a movement engine exactly like the one on club penguin.

Second you'd need to make the project multiplayer using lists and cloud variables.

Third you would need to make a safe chat like the one on club penguin.

Fourth you would have to individually program everything you wanted from club penguin.
I would post the scripts here for you if I could, but frankly, That would take up several hours. Your best bet is to study coding that makes multiplayer engines and mini-games like the ones on club penguin.

*Note* I know near-nothing about club penguin, so I will be very general.

You'd probably need multiple sprites. You'd need exact physics like club penguin, and you'd probably need to use BRB (Big red button)'s or Lirex's cloud list. Then maybe make your own or use Leafino's chat project.

It's a complicated process! You would also have to make some individual games with it.
