it is a very good card but it can be banned for tournaments by if you use one on your team it doesn't count or something

also it wasn't always used, zapdos appeared on lots of decks before mewtwo

you cant counter the bug. Sometimes, instead of mewtwo cancelling two ability turns, it literally just cancels them forever
