Why should we hire you? You should hire me because I am hardworking and very kind.

Will you abuse your power? No why would I already have a high position in a federation and I DO NOT abuse it.

How will you handle staff with lll (3 strikes)? I will tell them that they must get more active, do more orders, and if they do not respond I will ask/tell the Owner/Co-Owner to remove them from the staff list unless the have filled the break form. I will also put a notice on their profile about anything regarding their strikes.

When will you promote somebody? When they have done a good job, goten good reviews, and they have been very active with a score of 8.6 and higher.
