Unless you work for the Life Long Kindergarten Group (LLK, the people who run Scratch and other programs.), you cannot make money on Scratch. However, You can use Scratch to build programming and logic skills which are essential to a successful programming career. Practice makes perfect!

Only if you hop into the Scratch Team. If you want to make money, sell your scratch projects.
