How do you draw stuff in scratch in the costumes section?

On any sprite there is a tab called “Costumes” on the upper left corner of the code area, click on it and you should be able to add costumes and edit them using the built in vector paint editor.

If you don't want to use the costume editor, your best option is probably using the pen blocks, located in the extensions library for Scratch (the blue button with two stacked blocks with a plus symbol). You can then use coordinates and “go to x: () y)” blocks to create pen trails (but note that they stay in the background and don't really edit the costume itself).

You can request someone to draw it in the requests forum, but if you want to draw it yourself, try using the vector editor.
