minecraft Quiz

I have been looking at some minecraft quizzes but I don't know how to make it!! Can I have some instructions on how if you know?

minecraft Quiz

This coding might help: 

when green flag clicked
say [Welcome to my quiz!] for (2) secs
say [Question 1!] for (2) secs
switch backdrop to [Creeper v]
ask [What is this mob?] and wait
if <(answer) = [Creeper]>  then
say [Correct!] for (2) secs
else
say [Wrong! It's a Creeper.] for (3) secs
    
end
