Good idea as far as combatting spam goes, but no support.

I feel this would encourage f4f and cause more users to think that Scratch is about the follows.

That being said, it's an unnecessary feature, and again, encouraging gaining followers, which is quite contrary to what the ST has said about the spam people are getting from f4f requests.
