The current thread for the fifth administration of the United Shops of Scratch, also known as 78ch3's thread, was created on January 15, 2021, and began regular use by the end of that month. Over the course of a few months, the federation's leadership has helped regain attraction and popularity of the federation, all while emphasizing things such as keeping our shops active, keeping our rules simple, and so on.

Below is a detailed recap of everything that has occurred in this thread (or related threads) since January 15, 2021:

Q1 2021
January

15 - This thread was created. Posts were reserved soon after.
29 - This thread began being actively used.
30 - PndaGmr978 became the first moderator to be accepted to the USS. They had previously served a position during GrahamSH's leadership.

February

3 - Ye BBCode Shop and The Block Shop became the first shops to be accepted to the USS. Ye BBCode Shop has since withdrawn its membership in the federation.
13 - FloatingMuffins became the first moderator to resign during this period of ownership. They left Scratch.
18 - misaPuding made their first post in this thread; although he was not officially part of the USS then, he would go on to become a moderator in April.
20 - A record of five shops were simultaneously accepted to the federation by Austinato. This is the current record for simultaneous shop acceptance.
20 - The first mega-post related to the February 2021 USS change package was posted.
21 - The update backlog for the member list began.

So far, the new USS has started off pretty well. We've gained 15+ shop applicants, I’m seeing new posts daily and there is very little negative argument going on. It didn’t take long for the new USS to gain traction after it's reboot on my birthday to 2 months later. However, I ran into an issue where the first page of the USS was unaccessible, due to a “security issue” error appearing. I’m pretty sure this is a glitch in the system. Others could access it fine, I could not. I need to use my PC to edit the front page, which is inconvenient as it doesn't take as long to boot up my iPad as it does with my PC (even though the difference is rather small). I’m hoping this issue is not permanent, but for now it is difficult to get things updated. The USS team is doing a great job, and I hope they can continue doing this in the future.

• 1) We could as we are not sure if it is a correct translation in Latin.
  
• 2) Yes I think we should have/use these rules for the banner contest.

2) I think April 14-21 so we will have more time to solve personal problems if p would be inactive (If we wouldn´t have a secretary when time for activity check will occur, I can take it if you want), but then it would be better either if next activity check will be held between May 7th and 14th and the June activity check will be held between may 1st and 8th (because it would be kinda weird if the May activity check will be a week after the April activity check) or if we will skip the May activity check and the June activity check will start directly on 1st June (because even though we will skip one activity check it would mean that the gap between the April activity check and the next one will be 5 weeks long instead of 4 weeks as planned)
