How do I do this
This is not really a scripting problem, nor it is a Scratch problem. I'm feeling in a good mood however, so I'm going to help you. On Chromebooks, when you download songs (remember to get the song from a royalty free site!), it goes on your downloads folder. On Scratch, go to the “Sounds” tab, and hover over the music icon. Then, click “Upload” and choose the song from your downloads folder. Done!

Works the same as any computer- go to the Sounds tab, click “upload” and pick your sound file.
