There still available for sprites but I don't really see them much in scratch branding anymore and the gobo account has been inactive for awhile i am just curious if there phasing out the other scratch mascots

No, they are used for marketing and even all across the website.

No Gobo is not going to be deleted away from scratch but yes it's popularity is reduced now then before. Before there was a Logo with gobo in front page and some more gobo project making

That was just the layout of the old home page, and it had other mascots. The current homepage is more modern and is just better. It has nothing to do with gobo.

I think you misunderstood the post, it is saying gobo will not be removed.
