Use "Wobbly sprite dragging" even if it's not April Fools Day

I personally think that the wobbly sprite dragging is very user friendly and appealing to Scratch and children. If this was used even after AFD, it would be great.

Also ST, why did you repeat 2020 AFD features? I wanted newer ones!

It actually is there, if you go inside the project and click the edit option you can turn it on along with mystery mode and turbo mode

The reason we are “recycling” some of our more popular AFD items from previous years is simply that it's been a tough year and our resources have been stretched pretty thin.
