English: Cat Block

A cat block was a type of block added temporarily on March 31, 2020 for April Fools' Day, and removed on April 2, 2020. Cat blocks functioned exactly the same as hat blocks and used the same block palette; however, cat blocks contained a face and cat ears at the base.

I wasn't able to see the cat blocks (Yes I know I have been on for 3 years but I was inactive for 1 of them) so I think it would be awesome to bring them back especially for those that haven't seen them before
