Now, before you go “NO SUPPORT” then leave, please tell me WHY you don't support.


1. New rank
Everybody has the New Scratcher rank, Scratcher rank, or Scratch Team rank. (Except for KajTheModerator, but that's another story.) So, I thought, why not have another rank? “Trusted Scratcher”. Trusted Scratchers would be chosen by the Scratch Team and other people who they chose. You can only become a Trusted Scratcher if you are active, friendly, helpful, and not a New Scratcher. Trusted Scratchers would have access to way more features, like the other ones below.

2. “Share” button on home row (Not to share projects )
This is where you can share scripts/sounds/sprites that you made with everyone else. When you open it, it will ask if you want to create a project with things, or put them in your backpack.

What would Share do?

No support for both.

1) Anyone can be kind and helpful without needing a new rank. This would also add an extra job for the ST, when they could be moderating that site and keeping it safe. I would think that everyone is helpful by reporting objects that violate the CG, and by helping scratchers on the forums.

2) Why would we need a share button on the navigation bar? What would it do? If you need to share a project you press the button on the project's page.

*deskpalm* Yes, I did read the title. If a post is unfinished please copy and paste it into a text file and come back to it later. Having unfinished suggestions floating around is a bit of a pain. I don't see how more information could make these ideas any more supportable.

1) Eh… what extra features? I don't really think that some of Scratch should be restricted to those less active users (the only reason for NS is to prevent spam attacks)

2) Why would you need a share button on the top bar? What would it share? It would have no real benefit over just pressing the my stuff button and sharing something there…

1) Other things that I will add should have that to prevent inappropriate things.

Support for Trusted Scratchers one, but it should probably also be an automated process, except maybe with stricter terms than New Scratcher -> Scratcher.

No support for the second idea though, I don't know if it's just the way you put it, but it seems pointless and complex.

I support the second one. The first one is pointless.

I would consider a great sense of achievement to be if I made a very good project. Not just got a different rank.
