The following is a brief plot description of the Scratch Saga 3.0.



There are indeed spoilers in this topic, so do not read on if you want to experience the animation yourself.



The gang (WazzoTV, Astro947, Scratch Cat, Gobo) face Kaj as they make some talk. WazzoTV yells at Kaj and attempts to stop him, but Kaj uses Scratch blocks to kidnap Scratch Cat and trap Wazzo, Astro, and other Scratchers in the 3.0 headquarters. Inside, Wazzo learns who Kaj is, a previously banned Scratcher who destroyed the 1.0 headquarters and plans to hack into the 3.0 headquarters.

With the help of FUZZIE-WEASEL, the Scratchers escape and fight sprites which are under Kaj's control. The sprites use Scratch blocks to fight, and although they are stronger, they are held off long enough for Wazzo and Astro to catch up to Kaj.

Kaj holds Astro and Scratch Cat hostage, and speaks to Wazzo, claiming that he reminds Kaj of himself. Kaj reveals that he decided to hack Scratch because his old friends left Scratch, leaving Kaj behind. Kaj asks Wazzo to join him, believing he'd feel the same way.

After realizing what Scratch Cat and Astro meant throughout the series by saying “You have to learn to walk away from things that will get you killed” and “I learned a lot outside of Scratch”, Wazzo declines Kaj's offer.

Kaj drops Astro and instead holds Wazzo hostage, and plans to use Scratch blocks to stop Wazzo, but Astro stops Kaj by using advanced programming techniques that he learned in college. Astro sends Kaj to Scratch Jr., and Scratch 3.0 is saved.

Barack Obama formally opens the 3.0 headquarters, Wazzo apologizes to Scratch Cat for how he acted, now knowing what Scratch Cat's advice meant all along.

Wazzo leaves with the other retired Scratchers, and Scratch Cat looks out at a crowd of over 1000 Scratchers, all of which submitted their OC's to be in the Scratch Saga. @WazzoTV finally confirms that the Scratch Saga 3.0 is his last project, and is leaving Scratch, leaving the message of “When has Scratch ever been about one person?”

This was the best animation I've seen on Scratch. Just… (I'm still speechless…)

My favorite parts we're when FUZZIE-WEASEL ate the “change size by ()” block, and when he suddenly grew arms… XD
And of course Barack Obama. That was amazing.


I must say, I feel kinda bad for Kaj now that I think about it…

It was like the best animation I have seen but it was really laggy. Astro947 said that it is 130MB! Doesn’t that break the file size limit?

This is probably the best animation on Scratch IMO. It was funny, emotional, creative as heck, and had a good message. This is by far my favorite animation on Scratch.

The file size limit is 50 MB for code only. You can make projects larger than 50 MB total as long as the code doesn't exceed 50 MB.

Wazzo said he's compressing the sounds to decrease the size, so I might be able to watch it.
There's a guy on YouTube with the username “WazzoTV” who uploads Wazzo's animations, but I don't know if he still exists. I hope he does, because I really want to watch this project.

I try to see it but Scratch crashes, and then I try TurboWarp and even THAT crashes!
