Bootleg “fake call” apps are pretty weird in general - I've heard of one called “Call Blaze and the Monster Machines”, but the voice on the other end was Slappy from Goosebumps.

I can only hope that was a “We don't know what we're bootlegging” mistake, considering the voice on the other end was also threatening the user. Fortunately, the app was removed fairly quickly.

Coincidentally, the other voice on the Call Bendy game was Slappy too. (there were two characters)
There was also an FNF one that just played the songs when you called them.

I also saw a game about fake calling HORSES on Google Play. Like, it even extends past franchises to literal animals.
There's even FAKE CALL PIZZA.
