No support because this would prevent the creator of the project from removing inappropriate content. Instead, all unshared projects should be only accessible by their creators.

If they mean that they would add JavaScript code to the API which would run on the site accessing it and prevent it from running, APIs can't do that and if they did then it would be a serious security vulnerability. If they mean that they would add a script to the project to prevent it from running, then the user can just take out the script, it wouldn't be that hard.
So denying access to TurboWarp will explode the Scratch servers? Very unrealistic.

Again, that's not what you said. You said, and I quote, "there will be a script added to the project where if a program like TurboWarp tries to access it a 403 error will be sent back". Also, why does your reply end like a Trump tweet? Very unfair. (not a political statement I swear I just think Trump tweets are funny)

Like deleting it?
no, just making it so you cant just send an api request and get the project, or if thats not doable then yes, deleting
jesus christ if you have to send an api request to view it it's already bad enough, so no support

I would like to add that, as far as I know, you cannot run a project via the normal API.

Turbowarp is a problem, but you can only view a project that way if you have the link. Plus, the benefits of being able to do this far outweigh the negatives.

It is not rocket science to deny a program access to an API.

Either way, that's not how denying access to an API works. I've already discussed how I feel about denying access to these projects through the API here. Basically, if they bothered denying access to some projects then I'm not sure why they wouldn't just deny access to all unshared projects; they're supposed to be unshared. For that reason, I see no purpose in asking for a weird middle-of-the-road implementation.

Now that I think about this, isn't this a feature already? I remember reading about it in the Scratch Wiki, let me find the place where it said that.

Edit: That was for viewing projects on the main site

nuh uh. You need to be using an external utility like turbowarp to view it. I've tried it without turbowarp, and it doesn't work.
so yeah i do not support

a) no you dont, using official scratch made tools you can do the same and b) how would that make it any less of an issue, whether you need an external tool or not to view something shouldnt matter since there should be NO WAY to view them
