I used inspect element on @gdpr0000001 (not the same as hacking) to use as my template.

That account wouldn't be a New Scratcher, since it was created before the New Scratcher status existed, so that account and any other account that joined before June 2010 should be a Scratcher

Anyways, you actually did a pretty good job recreating the profile.

You did remind me of one thing I forgot though– the avatar shouldn't be the blue and white Scratch Cat, because the default avatar had not yet been changed to that. The default avatar should be https://en.scratch-wiki.info/w/images/Old_User_Icon.png

I would imagine their username is like that perhaps because while testing account creation, the programmer got bored and mashed their keyboard. Their account location might be Afghanistan perhaps because the account is so old that it didn't originally have a location stored, so Scratch later defaulted to using the first country in the country list, Afghanistan
