The wiki has all the information you need. (src)I know, but I'm having a little trouble finding stuff. Special:Random is rarely taking somewhere useful
Also, very funny. Linking your own post as the source. (That was sarcasm)

This was one design option for 3.0 scratch cat, but it was eventually rejected.

Scratch uses the Blockly engine for its block-based coding.
BrainPOP is a scratch donor
There's an unused email outage banner that was used a while back and was never removed
https://downloads.scratch.ly/ says “no”
(scratch.ly is used by the ST for experimental features)
I'll add more later

Scratch 3.0 was going to cap view counts at 100; that is, any project with more than 100 views would have been displayed as having “100+” views. This feature was not implemented because Scratchers did not like this idea.
I don't have a source at the moment, but perhaps you could take my word for it.

Did you know that subcommunities of Warrior Cats, Furries, and the Object Show Community thrive extremely well on Scratch?

Scratch was named after a technique used by DJs called scratching, in which vinyl records are connected and changed to produce different sound effects and music. Like scratching, users are allowed to remix and change projects and incorporate different images, audio and code.

There used to be a “Discuss” button on the top of the page. It was replaced with “Tips”, and that was eventually replaced with “Ideas”.
