Here's the link to the page.
The reference at “What does the Scratch Team do if they find something inappropriate?” is unviewable.
File:New Account.png should show a proper profile picture, not a glitched, unloaded picture (due to the Scratch Team moving the subdomain used for profile pictures). You can get it to load on Google Chrome by right-clicking on the placeholder image and selecting “Load image.” Make sure to crop out things like headers and taskbars and to also compress the image with TinyPNG before uploading it to the Scratch Wiki!

First, you have to become a Wiki Editor if you're not already, and second pages about specific users are not allowed but are allowed on your userspace.

+ You have to be a Wiki Editor to create and edit articles.
+ You can't make articles about Scratchers unless it's on your userspace.

It's for the account you're requesting. You will use that password to access your request, and if the request is accepted it will become the password of your Wiki account. It does not have to be the same as your Scratch password.

The password field is for the new wiki account which will be reviewed before you can actually start using the wiki. The verification process doesn't require you to enter your Scratch password, but it will look at the first page of comments for your project comment.

Since the Arabic Wiki already exists on the Test Wiki, go to the Test Wiki and create an article, prefix it with “Ara:” to mark it as being in Arabic (for example, Ara:أخبار سكراتش is an example of an article).

Yes, so you can make a multiple of different ones yourself and choose one from the internet.Use drawisland.com and choose 400+400 or use scratch and edit size in photos!

Or just use Microsoft Paint! That's what I used (except for the transparency part)!
