I'd stay in last for the first lap, get a golden mushroom or other good item, and smuggle it to first and use it.

I love doing that on mushroom gorge. I'm really good at it (not trying to brag), so I bag for a bullet bill, get to first, do the offroad glitch, and lap CPU's.

it's the most fun to play
it has the best music

Toads factory is a fun course and the music is really awesome. I also really like Maple tree way because the course is really fun and the music on that one also is one of my favorites
