This would be hard, because Scratch 2.0 runs on Flash.

Isn't there an option in Adobe Animate that allows you to export to HTML5?

Scratch isn't made using Adobe Animate.

I have a question. Since Flash ended support recently, can i still use s2online?

If not, Will you ever make a html5 version of it? (sorry if that's to hard. I'm just addicted to scratch 2.0…)

No, s2online will stop working when your browser removes Flash (which might have already happened). You can download Scratch 2.0 instead.

If someone has $$$ to spare, they could set up CheerpXFlash on s2online.

s2online makes use of a lot of weird javascript-flash interactions – its pretty darn unlikely that CheerpX would support such a niche feature! itd be neat, but i definitely wouldnt want anybody to put any money in before verifying whether or not the goal would even be viable

(and, psst, if anyone really wanted to, id recommend throwing their dollars at ruffle instead, because supporting an open source project specifically working towards archival for all flash content is a way better use than, like, pseudo(?)-proprietary hoofbeast cypinridae :3)

YOU CAN STILL USE 2.0! you just need to edit it on actual scratch.

By the way, if you're thinking of using Ruffle to run this, it won't work because Ruffle doesn't support Actionscript 3 yet, and s2online is written in Actionscript 3. I think in order to run this in-browser again, we're going to have to wait until Ruffle supports Actionscript 3, and then install Ruffle on the website.

yeah, thats essentially what im waiting on—i think itll be a while off though. it would probably require some modification to support the way s2online communicates with the SWF, too, unless the ruffle devs are seriously on the ball and get ExternalInterface.addCallback added alongside any other necessary APIs
