If people can like a certain animal so much to request an emoji for it in a website then people can like someone so much that they'd request an emoji for that person too.

That's highly unlikely that someone would love pandas as much as me, but if someone does, then they could recommend it. However, i'm pretty sure that they added new Emojis in Scratch 3.0, and no one got mad and recommended to add a highland cow or whatever. So maybe they could do it in the next update or as a april fools thing?

The world is 9B, so millions of people would like pandas as much as you do.

If this gets implemented, then how about a koala? A rat? A bird? A grizzly bear, a polar bear, a lion, an Itch Cat, a Scratch Dog, another dog, a penguin, a Guinea pig, a normal pig, a horse, a sheep, a cow, a goat, and a mouse? Or maybe a speaker bubble, a crouton, a Tera, a Pico, a Giga, a Nano, a Neigh Pony, a monkey, Pikachu, an A, a B, a C, and every other letter in the alphabet?

Because they're used in comments, not a “Panda”.
There should only be one animal emoji - The Scratch Cat - because it's the mascot.
No company or organization will have another animal in their website other than their mascot (if they have one).
