No.
Ok…. regardless of chat being disabled is what you are saying?
yes, the scratch team still does not allow livestreams even when the chat is disabled, because there's no telling what will happen in the stream
Ahh… ok. But then, premiers with chat Disabled? (Unlike livestreams, premiers are pre-recorded)
while premiers are not real time, i suppose it's also not allowed since there's also no telling what will happen in the premier
But, premiers are like watching videos real-time. With chat disabled, it's just like watching an ordinary video; it should be treated that way. If swearing was to occur in a video, would you let it off the hook? You seem to dislike premiers more than ordinary uploads.
it's not “just like watching an ordinary video”, when there's a premier, it's just like a livestream, just pre recorded, there's also no telling what will happen in a premier, and since livestreams are censored because of the same reason, premiers are also likely not allowed
What about a Scratch Meet-and-Greet or event via Youtube? Would that be censored?
If it's not a livestream or a premier, it likely won't
What about already-ended streams
That may work, if only inappropriate things are removed/censored.
A Clean (ALL PROFANITIES CENSORED) version of a previous live stream or a religious church service?

When the OP is king of the page…..
