This still doesn't fix the problem. Nowhere in the rejection notice does it say “the problem was that people used it too often”; the problem is that it automatically sends a message to what could potentially be thousands of people. If a Scratch Team member hasn't come here yet and said that this isn't considered rejected, I think I might report this to be closed.

Yeah, even if we spread the intervals, we can actually convey spam if it were to be a 400/1000 followers, or more.

With this suggestion, the biggest thing that most everyone is concerned about is spam, but this whole suggestion is about spam. If I was following someone and they sent me an invite every day, week, month, etc… doesn't matter, I would easily get annoyed and take action. This is too easy to abuse, even with a cooldown.

Advertising should take time, otherwise it's not something you care enough about to be advertising it. You shouldn't be able to reach hundreds upon millions of people at the click of a button, all for a studio.

Support as I want that button to invite all my followers to a fan club and everyone likes fan clubs

I mean, this kinda sounds like you're slapping flex tape onto a leaking tank of water, or kinda sweeping the problem under the rug without actually solving it. It's an awkward solution that could still lead to spam, and it reminds me of those arguments for a suggestion that say "well we could make it optional!".

support. You shouldn't have to know why I would support, this would be a nice feature.

What about accounts with Scratcher status? I have a bunch of alts, I could definitely cause some spam.
