Welcome to PFP, OC, House, Intro/Outro and Thumbnail and Banner Shop! We have PFP's, OC, OC Houses, Intro/Outro, Thumbnails, and Banner! (Feel free to ask for any products and buy them!)

PRODUCTS

We have all types of products come and see what we have to offer!
PFP: We have/make PFP's for profiles, etc.

OC: We have/make OC's for animations, profile, etc.

OC Houses: We have/make OC House's for people who want houses. (Note: We also may do the inside of a house please ask your managers about this)

Intro/Outro: We have/make Intro/Outro, etc.

Thumbnail: Studio thumbnails, project thumbnails, etc.

Banner: Shop banners, profile banners, etc.

OC Redraws: We can redraw your current OC for you.

Here are the forms when ordering from the shop:

PFP:

Terms

Customer Terms:

• Please be patient and polite as employees will work hard on you needs

• Please give credit to the person who took your order
  
• Give employees at least a week to complete your order

• Please be polite to the customers and the scratchers
  
• Do not spam
  
• Managers need to do their best (as they can) on the order.

FAQ

Some of the frequently asked questions we get at the shop are listed down below:

Are manager spots open?
Well unfortunately the manager spots are currently closed (Time of making this post)

How long will my order take?
Well on average it will take between 24 hours to a week for orders to be completed for our staff can have up to 3 orders a day making so that our staff can get very exhausted.

What if I have been waiting for over a month or so for my order to be made?
Well this is a rare occurrence at times, but very possible. If this does happen, you can contact the owner @Heartcandy842 or the manager who is doing your order. If they do not answer for a third time, you will be given a refund of 1 follow, and 2 loves (Please do not use this as a way to get many followers)

What will happen if I am not satisfied with my order?
Please still thank the person who did your order, and give payment if they ask for it, and feel free to re-order again, after waiting 1 week.


What are some of the most popular orders?
Well some orders that we have found are the OC's, PFP's, OC Houses, Intro/Outro, Thumbnails, and Banners

How many orders can I order at max?
This is an interesting question.. Well usually on max you can only order 2-3 orders, but it is more appreciated if you order 1 order to give less stress on our managers.

Which app do you use?
Our managers use a variety of apps such as: Scratch vector/bitmap, Pixel Art, Roblox, Dollify, Gacha, Chrome Canvas, Artflow, Animal Jam, FlipaClip, Picrew, Canva, or Canva Pro And more! (Note: Different managers use different apps!)

Can I get removed?
Well, by managers no, but if you want you can remove yourself.

Can I take a hiatus? (Managers Only)
Of course! All managers need a break once in a while to get away from the incoming orders!

Filing a complaint
Well, I am very sorry if you do really need to file a complaint. You can ask any of our managers about this, (@Heartcandy842 is the best to ask) they will take the complaint and they will use it as information on how to make the shop even better!

Can managers order?
Of course! The managers can order from others.

Why was I invited to become a curator?
Well there are many reasons, but the most common reason(s) are you asked to curate or you are becoming a manager (Refer to FAQ question 1) or just because a manager wanted you to curate.

When is the shop open?
Always! We only close for some time on holidays, or if we're having technical difficulties.

What if I want a certain person to do my order?
Say who you want to do your order in the form. or in another comment.

If I am a manager's sibling, may I work here?
No, sorry that is not how our managing system works.


IF manager spots are open, how do I apply?
Well in the studio there is a form, but if you are don't want to look there here is the form: Username || How active are you || What you want to make || Will you follow rules and respect everyone? || Why you should manage. - - - And then contact @Heartcandy842.

(Continued) If @Heartcandy842 does accept the form will I join immediately?
No, @Heartcandy842 will check in with all managers to see if they are okay with letting you working at the shop, if they are than they will promote you.

What should I do if no one accepts my order?
Wait for a few business days (Business days are equal to a full 24 hours) or wait 3 days than re-order.

If the studio is closes for some time, does that mean my order is also put on hold? (If I ordered before the shop closes)
This depends or who is doing your order, but in the most likely cause your order will still be worked on, because the shop closes because of holidays or because the managers need a break, so all new orders will not be accepted until the shop re-opens.
