Suddenly, the sprite's size changed from 100% to 63% without me demanding that. Although I tried everything to turn it back, nothing happened. I have no block of setting size in my project so apparently there is no reason for happening that. I have also tried to copy the sprite and paste it in another project and the result was the same. I tried to copy everything from the sprite piece by piece, but it didn't work either. However, nothing similar happens to the other sprites. Can you please check what could cause this problem?
UPDATE: I can only make the size smaller, not bigger.

Are you able to provide a link to the project to demonstrate this bug? That seems like some really strange behavior, especially seeing as I've heard other people say that before. Can you also click on the black globe next to the smiley and to the left of the scratchblock so we can get OS and browser information? I'm pretty sure the ST have the ability to view unshared projects, though I'm unable to since I'm just a Scratcher, like most people.

I am also having problems with the sizing.
I have a project which has a a character sprite with each costume a letter or symbol.
However, the text had to be resized. The code looked similar to this:

However, the flag would have to be pressed 2 or 3 times before it would actually change the size.

A while ago (scratch 2), I had a similar problem. This project used this same sprite, but it got stuck. I ended up deleting that project because I could not fix it.

Something iswrong with the sprite size blocks.

I figured out a solution - make the sprite bigger in the custom editor. Even though, it would be really great if scratch team will search for a solution because it is pretty annoying.

Yes, this seems to be a common bug for me, not really other people though. Whatever it is, i hope the scratch team fixes it soon.

I'm pretty sure anyone can view unshared projects, just not from the Scratch website.

This glitch has happened with me to. And this is a year after this discussion has started! Except my size is a 50 and it wont go up, but it will go down. I asked for a professionals help, but no response yet. So i guess we just play the waiting game

it happened to me too, when i put a block “set size to 100%” the size is at 63, 54 or 23%.

This is probably intended behavior. Scratch scales down sprites when they are too large once you change the size using the size block or in the sprite properties.

Okay so I didn't read all of this but I'm having a similar problem (and had it before, too, although didn't know how to tell anyone) where I will set size to 100% at the start of the project, I watch it through, but to watch it again I have to hit the flag twice in order for the size to be right, because if you hit it only once the size sets to 73%. I think that was hard to follow, but do you guys know how to solve it? I'll share the project, although the glitch will still be there. I'll just say the glitch in the instructions.

Your sprite is too big to get to 100%.

You might want to make a new blank costume, set that to 100% size, and then go back to the original one without changing the size.

If that was what you were telling ME, which I doubt, then I just wanna tell you that it switches on and off in the sizes, although I think you were saying that to the original post. Thanks for trying to help, though! ;D
