I'm assuming these are for if people have suggested an idea, I put a comment in the studio which people should reply to to gave a discussion/vote, and I should also post in the main thread? How should I decide whether to have a discussion, a vote or neither?

Each month, the BoD have a meeting discussing matters related to the shop in the BoD studio… I'll probably follow the same format that minty used. When abouts in the month should these be?

I'm on mobile so this can't be super organized of a post, but I can answer the questions. 4-6 weeks is about right, though it should follow a to strict schedule so people pay attention.

Normally people will suggest things, and in those situations, you can start a bit of a discussion in the studio, and if people seem to like the idea enough, you can call a vote. The votes will happen in the forum, and the discussion in the studio.

You could do the BoD meetings at the beginning, or end of the month I think. You can choose a date and it'll last a week from that day.

No problem! And good question. I think it would be good to have the two week check, so once the transition is complete, then you can call that.
