They SHOULD get everything in the package but you can use the Staff Help to get people to help you.

Well, I only wanted the profile picture and the signature. I didn't really need or want the banner.

The banner was the banner for the signature since you got the forumer package

Oh, the banner was in the signature. Then it should have a turquoise background and say “scratchieguy12345678” in green letters with a link to my profile. One question though, does the banner occupy the entire signature?

It can, but you can highlight a part and press ctrl+shift+down to see more of it.

Edit: Also, when it is done, go to an image hosting shop and lead them to the banner to image host for you. When that is done, take the link to me and I'll give you the bbcode to put a ink to your profile
