Why andresmh first scratcher if he has an ID of 139?

https://api.scratch.mit.edu/users/andresmh claims that andresmh has an ID of 139, with ID's presumably noting when an account was created. Sticky states that andresmh was the first scratch account. What is the cause of this discrepancy in ID's?

I'm guessing that test accounts, etc. took up the other spaces. Also I'm not sure if the IDs are accurate, because the statistically oldest Scratch account is https://scratch.mit.edu/users/gdpr0000001/ ( https://api.scratch.mit.edu/users/gdpr0000001/ for the ID ) with 21 years. So I'm guessing the IDs are inaccurate, but just my guess

Andresmh is considered the first Scratch account because all previous IDs are of deleted or unknown accounts.

He isn't, he is the oldest Scratch account that still exists.

People claim that it's the oldest account on Scratch, primarily because it's the only user ID that's still available to this day.

The account wasn't created 21 years ago, tough… scratch didn't exist in 2000.

Andreasmh was a ST member they have been set back years for a reason no one knows.

GDPR is a European Law. European users can request to have their account and all data with in it removed from the website.

This account in question was supposedly created in 1/1/01, so it's highly likely that it is a placeholder date. Something similar has been done with the user @ScratchCat, (https://api.scratch.mit.edu/users/ScratchCat/) who, while it is a new account, had its join date set by the scratch team to much before it was created. iirc, the scratch team did confirm that they changed the join dates of the ScratchCat account, and since the gdpr accounts are removing all personal information, including join date, they could easily have all been set to that placeholder date.

There isn't a way to reverse-search ID's?

Why would the ST need to do that?

Wow that's interesting.
wrgsfhwbxvb has an ID of 1, but it has a later joindate when compared to andresmh. Though this could be a case of date manip on the scratch team's end.
Out of curiosity, how did you reverse-lookup the ID's. Did you brute-force every text combination until your reached that? Or did you find a better way?
Also, just looked at your signature, and you are a person of culture.
