vice president= SaitamaGTOPM can accept of applications and bump the shop and in charge when president is unavailable
public relation officer open for application in charge of public relations

Oh, I see that you decided to start your own shop! =) I guess even if Perihelion Shop is inactive, it's purpose of serving this community has been fulfilled. I will be claiming back Perihelion Shop soon. This inactivity is not acceptable. I intend to ask for a partnership with you. I believe that together we can serve the community better together.
