The ability to use an image URL as a way to upload images.

Someone suggested a drag-and-drop feature, and I think that would be a much better way to implement this idea. No support on this version.

Then minors or whoever you are talking about shouldn't use this. It'll still be possible to do it the current way.

That's why it's not going to replace the “Upload” option, also a text box that says

Paste image URL

isn't confusing for little kids unless they don't have basic computer skills which they need for coding on Scratch.

I used to be pretty scared of messing with files. URLs might be as, or even more intuitive than just uploading files.

Basically any way you can import an image, for PFP's, Studio Thumbnails, Projects, etc.

Duh, Support! If you wanna set an image, you have to download it first which is hard and clunky, this would speed things up.

I think you may have misread the OP, this is for uploading images to projects, studio thumbnails, profile pictures, etc, not forums.
