Training will have 3 parts. You make one thumbnail for me, one banner for me, then one surprise thing for me. I will place an order and I will judge each of your completions on a 1-10 scale for each of the categories:
Speed
Quality
Customer Service
If you get under a 6 on any of them you have to redo the assignment.
