Luigi's Mansion 3, developed by Nintendo was released on Halloween 2019.

PLOT: Luigi was invited to a 5-star hotel with his friends, then he finds out that this place is actually swarmed with ghosts! If that's not enough, King Boo captured his friends… Play as Luigi(and Gooigi) and make it through all 17 floors of terror, eventually saving all his friends and defeating King Boo to beat the game.

SCARESCRAPER: Play locally or online in Scarescraper and defeat 5,10 or 20 floors capturing ghosts, collecting money, finding Toads and flashing crows. At every 5th floor, there will be rare ghosts(and as the name suggests), they are very rare. At the top of every scarescraper is Boolussus, a secret boss. When you defeat him, you beat the scarescraper. If you lose a floor you start back from floor 1.

SCREAMPARK: There are other minigames in Screampark that you can play. They are like competitions that go up to 8 players on 1 console! Unfortunately, you cannot play screampark online.

DLC 1: Gives Luigi 3 costumes for scarescraper(mummigi, the green knight, groovigi) and(you guessed it) themed floors and ghosts in scarescraper(tomb suites, castle macfrights, dance hall). It also adds 3 new mingames in screampark.

DLC 2: Gives Luigi 3 costumes for scarescraper(the amazing luigi, paleontologist, captain weegee) and(you guessed it) themed floors and ghosts in scarescraper(twisted suites, unnatural history museum, spectral catch). It also adds 3 new mingames in screampark.
