Rules

• Everyone is equal in the workforce
  
• Don't rush our staff.
  
• Don't harass staff, as they are all human.
  
• The minimum time for an order is 4 days (2 days for help), and the minimum time for a package is 6 days.
  
• The minimum time for a Lightning Shop Premium Package is 14 days, but we will try to finish them faster.
  
• Credit must be distributed to the person who finished the order and our shop.
  
• You may not reproduce any part of this shop without permission.
  
• Orders must follow The Community Guidelines.
  

Hours (UTC)
We are 24/7, but these are staff work periods depending on where they live, in Eastern Time.

Eastern Time (-5:30):
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Friday - Saturday: Semi Operating (orders will be slower, so it's better to order Monday to Thursday).

Pacific Time: (-8:30):
Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM
Friday - Saturday: Semi Operating (orders will be slower, so it's better to order Monday to Thursday).

Central Time (-6:30):
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Friday - Saturday: Semi Operating (orders will be slower, so it's better to order Monday to Thursday).

British Summertime (-0:30):
Monday - Thursday: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Friday - Saturday: Semi Operating (orders will be slower, so it's better to order Monday to Thursday).

How this shop works

Directory board:
Some management jobs are promotions, not starting jobs. For management jobs, 6 months or more experience is needed on Scratch, and at least 75 posts.

President: Controls the business, can hire and do work.
Vice-President: Assists the manager.
Chairperson: Can hire, fire, and give advice.
Assistant Chairperson: Advises the Chairperson.
Chief Executive: Accepts and Denies Partnerships, and can accept help offers and requests.
Jury: Votes in board votes (This is a promotion, not a job).

Leads:
Executive Officer: Scouts for possible partners and informs the Chief Executive.
Security: Holds activity checks weekly and checks partners for activity.
Programming Manager: Gets the biggest orders, and assists testers.
Art Manager: Gets the biggest orders, and assists artists and musicians.

Staff:
Programmers: Takes orders and Codes the program.
Artists: Takes orders and Makes art in a program.
Musicians: Takes orders and Makes music (must be able to play at least 1 instrument, or be able to compose music digitally).
Testers: Tests products for quality assurance after a project is done, and can approve projects.

You must include the word “Flash” in your job application. Don't make it obvious.
