I'm not sure what you're suggesting? Are you suggesting a way to flip the entire screen horizontally or vertically? I would support a more fleshed out version of that, kinda like the JS canvas transform.

You could say that about any blocks. Nothing is to stop a user from making a hard project, and “this project is too hard” is listed as an illegitimate report reason.

Still, you can make much worse flashing lights in Scratch than by flipping the screen. They might as well put an epilepsy warning on all projects.

Okay, so vertically and horizontally. I would say that having “flip horizontal” and “flip vertical” as separate blocks would be better but I'm not the one who wrote the suggestion.

Actually an editor flipper already exists (sort of) you can do it by setting the language to the 3rd item in the list.

Edit: I'm pretty sure this suggestion is just to flip the stage.

No support. That's annoying and has no practical purpose. Projects shouldn't influence the site, even the “detect where mouse is hovering” thing is only a bug.
