The Switch is one of the fastest consoles in the world, shouldn't it be able to handle pokemon interaction? They're not arguing to “bring back pokemon interaction”, they're arguing to “add in pokemon interaction because the switch should be able to handle it”.

if you paid attention to my other post (you probably didnt, i mean no one did) i said the switch is new to them, so thats why Sw/Sh is bad.

This whole convo came from how story-tied legendary Pokémon are basically mandatory to catch!
I’ve had enough of arguing with peeps about how Sword and Shield are the best/worst Pokémon games.
I was just saying that in terms of legendary Pokémon, exploration is NOT rewarded the the BASE GAME of SW/SH.
Sure you have to wait for the post-game to get Zacian/Zamazenta, but the game tells you EXACTLY where to go to progress into the post-game.
Besides that, there are NO other legendary Pokémon IN THE BASE GAME.
That’s it.
That’s all I was trying to say.

I think there's a lot. The Young Athletes in Alola have Bats (For baseball or something) and Badminton Racquets, as well as the fact that there's Golfer and Surfer Trainer Classes. Oh, and Kahili. And there are a lot more in other regions.

Luck is a weird thing. I was looking for a Buneary in Ultra Sun for ages before finding one, and it's apparently (If I remember correctly) 10%.

I just don't want Legendaries to be given to the player- I think it's better to let the player work for them.
I don't care if the story revolves around them, but I don't want the player to catch the legendary until Post Game, and after working for it.
That's my opinion anyway.

I don't think SwSh were objectively bad games, but they were a step down in my opinion in many ways.
The characters were great too, and I also like the region. (I'm from the UK after all and Galar represents it well in my opinion.)
I haven't seen Twilight Wings though.
I agree on @-Charon-'s stance on linearity, but that's a problem easily fixed, just by adding new areas or changing the routes slightly.
The game really needed more areas to explore, and actual dungeons, and that's a big flaw with them.
I know SM are more on the linear side then the older games as well, but I just find much more incentive to explore and find things with them then with SwSh. There are actually optional areas, and quite a lot of optional side-quests.

Also, can we not get into an argument about this please?

Agreed. The Gen 8 Pokémon designs, though not many of them are in my All-Time Favourites, are still really cool. There's only one Gen 8 Pokémon (Regional Forms Excluded) that I actually don't like.

Oh, and one last thing- because I'm documenting my Ultra Sun run as I go, I'm naturally remembering a lot more detail. However, the Word Ducument I'm writing it has already surpassed the Moon run's Word Count by about 1,000.
The moon run took the most part of a day to get into project form, so who knows how long this one's going to take…

I like Meowth, it’s evolutions, and regional forms, but I hate Perserker. (I think that’s how you spell it.) I don’t know what it is about Perserker that I don’t like, but whatever it is, it made me ditch my Galarian Meowth after it evolved.

Dubwool’s design sucks, but Cotton Guard + Body Press is alright. Definitely not a reason to use it on its own, but in my opinion, it’s tolerable. I don’t like it, but I can deal with it.
