Video Game Easter Eggs
So, i dont exactly know if you could call this an “easter egg” but, if you punch the back of the tower that appears once you defeat king whomp in SM64, there is a tiny hidden room with a 1UP in it.That's pretty cool! And yes it does count

Instead of posting bumps why don't we just post an easter egg lol? It makes more sense in this context so as to avoid a gajillion posts saying “bump” you can get a bunch of unique posts instead

here's a easter egg:
ganondorf's horse is actually in botw and is obtainable and that epona is also obtainable with an amiibo (you don't need an amiibo for ganondorf)

In star wars jedi fallen order since the game is so huge, only portions of the map are rendered until you get to a certain point on the map; the load point, which loads the map more, and gets rid of the place you just left, to quit the game from lagging. By spamming space and 1 you can fly glitch allowing you to go in the unrendered chunks its funny looking
dk if that is an easter egg but this one is:
in star wars jedi fallen order, you can find paper oragami looking creatures in one of the rooms, including yoda, referencing the making of the game were in early development, where you find yoda, you would have a cutscene but the creator of that part of the game didn't have it made yet, and instead of the cutscene was a giant yoda in origami form.

Nintendo is really good at hiding Easter eggs in their games that it takes more than a decade to discover it, and all you had to do was click on a very precise spot. Wow, no one clicked on the poor ol' pixel till 25 Years!

The video's description said "I cannot take the credit for finding this, this is just a video showing off the Easter eggs. Hydl C uploaded the original discovery. You can watch their discovery of the Easter egg here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wbTz-…
Also, thank you to Randomz for first discovering the audio files related to this Easter egg proving that indeed it does exist.
Thanks to everyone for their efforts in finding this discovery!"

when I was playing sm64, it was a pain to long jump. But you know what? You can get the mountain slide star in tall tall mountain WITHOUT long-jumping or getting in the slide. Get to the narrow area and go up with the breeze. Go somewhere above the star and do a precise jump. I don't think it was the “z+a” but you have to land in the space in the mountain surface, the one with fence. Now if you land there, congrats! The star is yours without any work.

In Katana ZERO, there is a cutscene half-way through where two characters asks the protagonist if he wants to live or die. If the protagonist chooses to die, credits will roll and you're taken back to when the cutscene starts. You're forced to live to experience the rest of the game. I did this when I first played and I found it hilarious LOL, definitely a surprised Pikachu face moment. Also, there is a character simply called the Psychiatrist and if you choose to select specific dialogue boxes you can fight him as a secret boss. He's apparently very hard and also very terrifying, lol. There's also a weapon you can get post-game that references the master sword from The Legend of Zelda. Sorry if these aren't really easter eggs, my definition for it is kinda broad, just stuff a player probably wouldn't notice on a first playthrough.
