In other words, there are no longer a set amount of voting representatives for each shop. From this point onward, anyone from a shop can voice their opinions on this thread (or anywhere else really) but each shop has one vote altogether.

I suggested this in order to simplify the process of finding representatives, making sure they're active, and having them vote.
